Grim, grey and cold outside, so I haven't ventured out today. I stayed in the warm and did some comfort baking...........I had intended to make date and walnut muffins but picked up the wrong packet of dried fruit from the cupboard and didn't notice until I had opened it, what a ninny I am. So now I have experimental fig and walnut muffins which I haven't tried yet but they certainly smell good :-))
