Shellfish Soup

One special meal for one special day. A lovely 3 years with my favourite person!

Tim helped out cooking this which was a recipe in this months BBC good food magazine! Quite a simple soup made with mussels but great flavour from slow cooking and adding different bits at different times!

A definite winner of a meal and very nice for a weeknight!

Well that's 4 new dishes in 4 days, tomorrow is Tims turn to cook and its chicken pie on the menu, not a new recipe but a tried and tested favourite!
