Beef brisket chilli

No new recipes for a few days however tonight was the turn of some chilli! Now I've make chilli more times than I can remember, however today I decided to tweak my usual recipe a bit!

I slow cooked the onion along with all the spices I normally you down to create a base! I then added on the veg and cooked it off before adding tinned tomato, sugar, vinegar and some tomato purée!

Only then did I add the piece of brisket and slow cooked it in the oven for 6 hours!

The meat has fallen to pieces and is super tender! Worth all the effort!
