Not having a whale of a time

Sadly this was on the shore at Baleshare today. I'm not an expert but I think it was a (very dead) Pilot Whale. At least the gulls have enjoyed its presence.....
It wasn't where we were going - that was to visit the remains of a Chapel close to the beach. There too there were plenty of bones exposed. Clearly rabbits and old graveyards don't make a great combination with a couple of human jaw bones and one skull all too clearly exposed.
