Photography, inside out

I took my life in my hands to drive to Bradford today for a meeting. When that was over, I scurried through the torrential rain, which seemed to force its way through the fabric of my umbrella, to the National Media Museum. I haven't visited this for over 15 years and, since my last trip, it has had a refurbishment. Its unique (in my experience) exhibtions relate to photography, film, animation and TV.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that, in a museum about photography, photography is itself banned. But needing a blip, I took the risk, looking out through the rain-soaked windows at the skyline of soggy Bradford.
