Finished !!!!

We had a short cycle today. 5 miles to Newcastle and then another 12 to Arbeia which marks the end of Hadrian's Wall.
The ride included a ferry across the Tyne and a good view of the Millenium Bridge.

Again the expectation was for rain but somehow we managed to avoid it all day despite the flood warnings showing on TV for the region.

Looking forward to spending the weekend in Northumberland - right in the middle of the weather warnings !
