spot the birdie!

There isn't one! as soon as I step out there with a camera they are OFFFFFF! I watch the birds alot but as soon as I want a shot its a no go, never mind it was bouncing it down and are porch is a little wet to say the least! I wouldn't mind but the fridge freezer in there! so im just waiting for a BIG bang :0/ feeling alot better today on Atkins each day gets a little easier :) I nearly quit the first afternoon I just wanted tea and toast, but I conquered the carbs! im still missing the diet drinks though! oh well it will be worth it. Dave is making my tea tonight its an Atkins recipe, (mothers beef stew) I can smell it cooking mm mm :P hope your all well.
