Winter?

Last night it stormed and rained. In my b&b I heard the ice and snow shifting from the roof.  The road at which the b&b is located was an ice rink yesterday.  When I stepped outside today,  nearly all ice and snow had vanished. Today was a glorious day,  a sun filled day, perfect for my walk in a heather area.
