Noise

It's been a really lovely busy day.

Waking up with Fenner, lots of progress at work and the home to Mia and her friend. Listening to them dance and fool around with their friends on Skype is really blooming lovely. They are all great girls, very funny and down to earth, a pleasure to have around.

Despite a few walks today I am still 1,400 steps of my target, so I am wrapped up and ready to head out again. Hoping this will start paying off!
