Calm

I landed back at Heathrow in a heavy downpour at just before 7am. It was one of those landings when many of the passengers clap, just because they were so glad to be safely on the ground!

By the time I got home the sun was just rising and the clouds had drifted and it looked like it might just be a beautiful day. Sadly, I needed to sleep through much of it but by the time I woke up the sun was streaming through my window. I quickly got dressed and Dolly and I headed down to the lake. The levels are quite high and the mud very slippery. Poor Dolly - I don't think she enjoyed the walk as much as I did. We didn't stay long as I was concerned that she was too cold walking through the mud.
