Ausi Ausi Ausi

Classic Ausi sky. 
We had a bit of a tour around today and The Boss has got a lot of images but thought this was the most representative of the day which ended up at 29 C which only mattered when you had to get out of the car.
It’s been a grrreat day but super busy and tomoro it is back to Sydney and fly home on Monday.

One of todays highlights was a visit to a large local wind farm and The Boss had never been so up close and personal with these thingies.  Australia struggles with Hydro in fact struggles with water generally. The Bossess's Sister recycles all waste water on to her garden and has a large photovoltaic array on the roof the principal purpose of which is to feed power to the grid on sunny days as there is no storage facility but of course house stuff is powered when the sun shines. Water is a constant worry with variations from drought to flood and it is impossible to have too many storage tanks. There is also a constant evacuation plan for fire.
The Boss feel guilty having a shower.

Wanaka is sounding more attractive every minute.
