Her New Best Friend

Maisie has a new best friend . ... But alas, only for a short time. James, our oldest son, is visiting us. He is near the end of his holiday in New Zealand. Tomorrow he flies to Wellington and from there back to Wales and his wife, Kirsty and their pets. They also have a Labradoodle called Delilah. So James knows just the sort of play enjoyed by labradoodles. We had a lovely walk with lots of stick throwing and retrieving at the Taylor Dam. Cold weather clothing was needed because after a very warm sunny start to the day a very cold but dry southerly change has swept up the island. Brrrr. Maisie will have appreciated her lovely long curly coat this evening. Travel well James. We will all miss you!
