More Birthday Treats

My good friend Manda picked me up and we went out for breakfast as a birthday treat. Normally we go to the Japanese restaurant Bento when we get together, but she fancied a change and going out for breakfast is always a treat to me. We went to Colleens at Greve De L'ecq and just managed to grab one of the last tables. It was really busy but they were very fast bringing our order out and it was very nice indeed!
When I got home I went down the track and did the back to front 'Adam' walk. It was very still and quiet down there with no sign of any squirrels, I hope they've survived the gales and rain!
I noticed the sunlight on the last of the reeds and love the bokeh in this shot. Looks great against the black background.
