Bumble Bee on Heather

We've had a bit of welcome sunshine this morning amongst the cold and grey. There's rumours of possible wintery showers by the weekend, just rumours.

I heard a loud buzzing when I was hanging up my washing in the car port. I expected it to be a fly rather than this lovely Bumble Bee. It was a good old rummage amongst the heather flowers making me appreciate that the plants were a good buy after all. Hopefully they'll survive if we do get snow! :/
