Wet, wet, wet

It's finally Friday! Woooooooo hoooooooo! I worked til midnight last night and got lots done so I could hopefully enjoy an early night Friday...not to be!

Called in at 49, to talk to Robert. Good progress made and the decorating on the landing looks ace. Still the damp prob persists in the middle room, but we will get round it.

9am and its absolutely persisting it down. I slow down on the a610 as its like a river running towards me, madness!

Into work and a good morning. Popped out at lunch to purchase last minute holiday undies! How could I forget!! Also, holiday mode has started as I treat self to a pork pie and egg (with salad cream!) sarnie from m&s!! Beaut!!

The rain continues to hammer down like I've not seen before. Got soaked on the way back to work!

Good afternoon back in the office. Chrimbo do date confirmed also!

An historical afternoon as Andy Murray wins his Wimbledon semi final to face federer on Sunday! Can you believe all these years I've watched tennis and I'll be on the beach as Murray take to centre court!

Home by 7.30, holiday g&t and then packing.

Bed now as have 4 hours sleep before the alarm goes off.
