Cat is out of the bag!

I've mentioned next week to a couple of people but was really trying to keep it quiet because of the anticipated comments and embarrassing publicity. 
However, Julia let the cat out of the bag when she posted on Facebook about my Living Donor operation which is scheduled for Tuesday next week. I know she did it with the very best of intentions and the reaction has been exactly what I expected. Lots of people, many whom I don't even know, tell me what a wonderful thing to do etc..... Very embarrassing but I am also very moved by the comments.
This evening our Neice Leah turned up and said that when she was down town with her husband, Jamie, they looked for something in Waterstones for me to kill time while in Hospital.
She really could not have picked anything better, what a marvellous book which I will relish reading during those boring hospital days.
Thank you Leah and Jamie, it was very thoughtful of you and very much appreciated.

Extra photo is my filthy bike after going for a little run and picking Lennon up from school. Needless to say, when it cooled down it had a good soapy wash, rub down and back in the garage!
