So much for yesterday’s interlude of brightness, normal service was resumed today.  Wet and grey – just how we don’t like it.

Work was busy – lots of things that needed dealt with immediately.  Some of them small, some of them less so, and some of them with not enough information.  Why do people think you can drop everything to deal with their request, especially when they don’t make it clear what they are actually after?  Grrrrrr, rant over!
