Winter at last.

Two contrasting posts today.

The main shot shows that winter has finally shown its face in South Lakeland. Taken from the old disused railway embankment between Arnside and Sandside. Looking across towards the Howgill fells.

The extra today is yet another sunrise. However many one takes the lighting and the cloud formations can never be the same and they give rise to endless fascination and wonder.
