Ignored the physio's advise of slowing down today and went shopping with mum!
We were up and down a few of these escalators as I refused to go in a lift, (I am scared of them)!!
I bought myself an orthopaedic pillow, so hopefully I'll now have a more comfortable sleep!
Tomorrow....obeying orders and staying in! Give my a body a rest...will just have to think what I can do to keep myself occupied!
