Yonder breaks a new and glorious morn....

Day four of our holiday in started with an early morning photo shoot at the foreshore in Kaiteriteri. It was magical there on a virtually empty beach waiting for the sun to rise. Well after sunup Ricky and I enjoyed a full breakfast at the Shoreline Cafe. We ate enough to keep us going for most of the day. Ricky's family arrived before lunch to pick him and all his gear up before returning to Blenheim. Then my good friend Rachel arrived. She has shared many good times over the years with us here in Kaiteriteri. The day was hot and very humid despite some sporadic cloud. It called for a quick swim in the bay to cool off. This evening we drove over to Marahau to visit Hannah and Alex on their property. We had a hilarious time over a barbeque meal. Back to the camp and I virtually fell into bed.
