The crepe myrtles around my apartment complex are blooming in their happy bright pink. When it rains a lot, like last night, the limbs and blooms get heavy and bend down. The cluster in the foreground bent low enough to pat my head, as if saying, "Hi! Have a great day!"

This morning, the crepe myrtle was particularly bright and cheery. It needed its photo captured. :)
