The first photo taken on my new mobile phone. Hadn't a clue what I was doing but the effect is ............ er ............. different. The second is in extras.

It's also the earliest I've ever taken a blip .............. 3.40 am, having been woken from a deep sleep in my comfy Premier Inn bed by a fire alarm. Grabbed phones, camera, car key, money and more before heading down the fire exit from the first floor. No fire and not too long before we were allowed back in. 

Home now. A good journey until Kirkstone Pass where there was major (by Lake District standards) traffic congestion due to thoughtless car owners parking all over the place to go sledging. 

Think I'm going to have an early night in bed.
