View from the Mount.

Climbed Mount Maunganui this morning - glad I didn't attempt to run it yesterday, fine as a walk, but too steep to run.
As an aside I have attached a shot of the statues of "Hairy Maclary and Friends" from the waterfront at Tauranga. I thought Hairy Maclary himself looked very much like Tussock of Wanaka , in pole position.
