My Achilles tendon is so painful, I am getting very fed up of limping everywhere and no decent walks.  Managed to limp to the Egret Field today (No egrets) but plenty of sun!

Matthew very poorly today, so our planned trip to Lumiere London didn't happen, may be tomorrow depending on how he feels.  Get well soon Matthew x
