Folk Festival

Respite today from the rain provided the opportunity to venture outside into the wilds of the local Folk Festival. Stalls were set up for the Farmers Market and also local produce.

What's the collective noun for many Morris Dancers ? There were all different groups of dancers, each group having their own style of dress, and each having their own style of face painting.

This chap had a woodland scene painted on his face !! Some were painted red, some green, some blue and some even black. Could even be described as minstrels, but I don't think we're allowed.
