Folk Festival........ Again

Second day of the Folk Festival. Came across a group of Morris Dancers from the US of A, 26 in the party. I thought traditional Morris Dancing was only done in England, so much for my lack of knowledge.

The American group performed a traditional dance from the Outer Hebridies which when performed imitated the noise made on the looms when Harris Tweed is woven. Having seen the looms in action, they did a very good job of the noise made.

And guess what, managed to escape the rain showers !!
