Letters in a Library

We were visiting one of Umeå’s new buildings, Väven (The Weave). Amongst other facilities it contains the City Library and I can only assume this art work, hanging from the ceiling down to just above our heads, is linked to the library.
The whole building was closing so I couldn’t look for information there, and there seems to be nothing about it on the web either.  Next time...
Building like these, containing library, cinema, theater, outdoor square (but indoors!), museum, bakery, cafe, shops etc are very practical in the winter. Get inside and then do lots of things - a bit like a cultural shopping gallery!
