poking its wee blooms through the remains of the recent snow drifts this is a very hardy plant which has spread happily undisturbed in a shady corner for over 10 years enjoying the poor soil to show off its pretty flowers and interesting leaves....the spread is slow but be patient and don't mollycoddle it
