Our view's back!

Thanks to everyone for all the comments, stars and hearts on my Blip yesterday! And great news about the crowdfunding result; looks like Blip is here to stay for the forseeable future.

We live on a fairly narrow lane with a field opposite the house. The hedge is only cut once a year and normally before Christmas, so by the time it comes to be cut it is always very high and obscures our view from the downstairs windows (having said that, the farmer did give us an extra trim just opposite the house last year but got criticised for doing it too early in the year while birds might still be nesting - rightly so, but I felt a bit sorry for him as he was only trying to be helpful!). Today it got the big trim so we are back to our full view again, and it will take a good six months before it grows right up again.
