Busy day on the river

This is the first day since the Blipmeet at the Tate last Thursday that I've had a chance to take a few pictures and not resort to an emergency Blip. We had a trip over to Bedford this afternoon to look at a small exhibition of Picasso prints in the museum there, but first of all had a walk around the Embankment. It was busy on the river with at least 12 boats out from the Schools' Rowing Club. Not all were experts; we heard one coach shout over to a boat of young girls asking them who had not been on the water before and five hands shot up - thankfully, not fast enough to tip the boat over!
