Breaking water

As I was taking Matt to his Enjoy-a-ball session, we were looking at the foaming sea and he said, "I bet it's really wild down at the harbour." He wasn't wrong.

Listening to the radio on the way back, I heard the inestimable Brian Matthews point out that one of my favourite songs was originally written about Liverpool.

To be honest, it's something I wish I didn't know. But if I've got to live with the knowledge, I thought you should too.
