Call the Midwife!

Today our granddaughter Eve turned three. We popped down to deliver our birthday gift ; see today's extra photo.
While Eve's big present was a new bike, MaggieD and I both loved her junior nurse's outfit. Eve also loved it but was not too sure about the little cape which is a bit of a pity because it looks really smart.
Rather misty and mizzly again today but we had a good brisk stroll right round the Kelpies and the Helix park. I know I really shouldn't say this but we really need a good sharp shower of rain to wash away all that salt/grit and the remaining patches of snow & ice. Hope I don't regret saying that!
