Cold and Clear

Off to Nymphenburg with my camera this morning. Although it was cold, it was worth while going early. The birds and ducks and geese seemed to be in slow motion after a cold night and posed willingly for my camera. But my biggest surprise came when I went for a walk in the park behind the palace.  I knew there are deer in the park, but they have always remained well hidden from me. Today for the first time I saw one, pawing away the snow to get at something to eat. The deer is in the extras.
