Now Fixed!

This is a phone charger. It fits into a phone to charge it up.

We have a new phone and it needed charging. We've only had it a couple of weeks, shiny and new in a brand new box. It's not a fancy phone its a nice little nokia that rings in and out it has a little camera too. Nothing startling just a little phone that worked until it ran out of charge.

So i plugged in the charger the other day to charge. I thought it was funny it still said battery low so i left it on charge overnight. Still today no charge. So i rang the department who deals with the mobile phones. I spoke to a lovely gentleman who said he could help.

We established the make and model of the phone. I think he was going to suggest a new charger was needed but he then realised he was looking at the wrong model and actually, he told me, if i look on the top end of the phone there are two holes. A round one for the earphones and an oblongish one for the charger.

Now if you look at the photo my charger has a round end! I told the kind gentleman on the phone that it appears i have been charging the ear phone socket! When i found the proper charger that goes in the oblongish bit and plugged it in hey bloody presto its charging. I said to my nice gentleman i bet he'd seen it all now, reassuringly and correctly!! He said he's heard worse! Not sure apart from the day an engineer came and plugged us in to get us working that things can get much worse.

My gentleman was very kind and said i didn't need tell anyone that i could honestly say i had spoken to him and the phone was now fixed!!
