Cat ........

Whisper sees a cat
- Whisper sets off to chase said cat 
- that cat (luckily) escapes - just.

He came back round the corner of the house with his hackles up and tore up the grass as he ran round and round in frustrated circles!

Not only am I plagued with a "crazy as a barrel of monkeys" dog we have mice in the garage - I've seen two (one small, one not so small) but I imagine there are more ........ humane traps to be bought and some packets of rice, cornflakes, peanuts (for the birds) to be thrown away.
I also think that one of them wears hobnail boots judging by the sound of him/her galloping along the metal storage shelving when I open the door from the utility room and put the light on.

I actually like mice so it's not scary or anything - just a damn nuisance.

Thank you for the comments and stars this week - I'm sorry I am not leaving many comments in your journals but I try to leave as many stars as possible so you know I visit - I hope we can keep the practice of seeing exactly who's leaving stars when we re-group our "blip family".

Talking of re-grouping, I upped my pledge today in the hopes that I can balance out anyone who has withdrawn their support.

I see the total is rising slowly - let's keep going to make it the best it can be.
