If you've used Google today you might have noticed that it is 151years since Wilbur Scoville was born. 

'Scoville, an American chemist, is responsible for the "Scoville organoleptic test", a scale of "hotness" that has been the definitive rating of how spicy a chilli is for more than 100 years.

I love chillies, the hotter the better so we are celebrating with a curry.

We are waiting for baby news from D's cousin, Claire, who has been in labour since Wednesday but has just been taken down for a C-section. Exciting!!
