IS it oxymoronic?

Since it carries a warning that it ..."may be locked without prior warning" does that not per se constitute a warning, such that it can NEVER be locked without warning?
We had a wet wander around Keswick and as we returned to the car with an hour and a half's parking time left and no-one to benefit we met this wee beauty, see extra. Bloke told us, from the photos on line Mrs. Bloke said "I don't want that one with the blue spots all over it".
By the time they went to see "them" it turned out to be an "it" - the only one left.
BE HONEST now- could you refuse it?
Sorry if she looks a little tatty, I tried to clone her harness off. Doesn't look too bad in spite of it.
