Babraham Weir

I had intended to leave home earlier to get a few geocaches found before my hair appointment...it was worth doing the extra blog work though as I sent the client the link today with payment agreed for Monday as it's the weekend.

They were so pleased that I got paid before 1 pm. Happy with that! :)

Stopped at Babraham on the way to Sawston to leave Stella at Granny's House and had a nice walk but only one cache.

The extras show Babraham Institute and  gorgeous lines of trees opposite. A few years back Stella and I walked along here and the fields were full of sheep. No livestock today.

A photo friend told me how to get these shots better many years ago (I still lived in Suffolk) but I've forgotten everything and also forgot this little weir was here. This was the best result from trial and error with aperture and shutter speed!

I prefer the tree photo personally (of course) but I'm sure a few of you wiser blippers will lend advice on the best combination of settings :)
