Mindfulness

This is a screen shot from one of the new 'adult' Ladybird books. They are really funny. Mum and I were laughing out loud in the shop. They are written in the old school style with classic drawings. Go have a look at them, I'd be amazed if you didn't at least smile at them. :-) I bought this one for a friend who is not very well at the moment; hopefully it will make her smile.
