Harsh frost

Crunchy underfoot and lovely to look at. Clear skies mean hard frosts. Guernsey doesn't get them very often. But this morning we definitely required de-icing. In fact in sheltered areas of the school grounds, it was still frosty at the end of the day. I rather like how you can pick out all the tiny hairs on this leaf.
