Ginger in the rain

Three attempts, and I still can't get the photo to go in the right way up. Grrr.

Still raining today, but not as heavily. The dogs got a couple of damp walks and I did a lot of mid-summer madness  cleaning. The rubbish we’ve accumulated! And even the things that aren’t rubbish are so jumbled up that we’d never find them if we needed them. So endless screws and rusty nails, pots of this, that and the other, ancient books, curtain rings and hooks – you name it – were tipped out onto the settle and the sorting process commenced. Quite satisfying, really.
