Prickly
As yesterday, the title refers to the blip subject. Not as yesterday, it also applies to me! Those of you who follow this journal (thank you) will know how limited my tolerance is of blipping on grey dim days and we seem to have had so much of it this winter.
Anyway, I did go out this morning into the fields. I thought the day's blip might be rescued by strings of waterdrops hanging around, but the funny thing is that although the grass was beaded with wet, these weren't. I think maybe by this time of year the old plants' fabric is breaking down to such an extent that although they absorb a lot of wet they can't hold rain (or in this case fog) on their surfaces.
This plant is burdock and it leaves its seeds (burrs) on everything it touches. I came home with them on my sleeves and even the camera strap.
So that was my rather unexciting Sunday. Possibly London tomorrow and a bit more sun. Wishing you a fun evening and a good start to the week xx
