The woodman's work

This is one of our new doors - a clever design where the window opens on the door to effectively make a stable door without the problems of sawing your door in half. What surprise me is how it has changed the look of DS#1's clede. Without a tatty few planks to pull the eye, one can now appreciate the beauty of the granite blocking.
A bonfire burning all day today clearing various piles of  garden rubbish. Clearing the rubbish from the terraces seems to make them all seem larger and more useful. Still quite a lot to do unfortunately but the daffodils are out.......
