Another pile of stones

When up at Christmas, it was put to Charlotte A what she might like to do. "Not birds or a pile of stones" was the answer. She wouldn't have enjoyed today. 13 km over some fairly featureless bog and heather to see various piles of stones. Us connoisseurs can appreciate it but I can quite understand a lack of enthusiasm from others. This was the most interesting - the chamber of a chambered cairn in the middle of north Uist.
The aforementioned connoisseurs also managed to appreciate the pints of shandy consumed in the pub on the way home.
