stout
The kitchen has been transformed into a bottling plant. For most of the afternoon I have been bottling 5 gallons of stout which I brewed just before Christmas. Of course I had to sample it and can report it to be a very good ale. In fact I may need to sample it again just to make sure. It will mature in the bottle and should be ready for drinking by March...but before then I just may need to sample it again.
