Has to be done! 

Had a bad morning for the first time in a while - just a little reminder from my body that I'm not cured of my vestibular migraines just managing them a lot better! 

Going to relax with Stella for half an hour and have what should've been lunch - brain fog made me put it on the coffee table instead of in the car!
