Windsor #3

Our second and final day of the Windsor Leadership Dialogue. Really stimulating and energising, the threads of what we were exploring together and individually started to really weave together.

The facilitator phrased it brilliantly when he said it was ok when we leave for us to feel like a washing machine on a slow wash - just let things tumble around for a bit before the need to speed up and open the door! I liked that. I'm definitely in slow wash mode right now as I wait for my flight home!

An incredibly worthwhile experience - and one I think will have resonance and impact for a long time...
