Stowaway

Woke fairly early and after defusing the dogs, girded myself for more weeding in the garden. Finished the bed I was working on yesterday, only an acre or so still to go… Then down to some translating, rushing to finish and get into town before the banks closed. That accomplished, we had a good journey back down to Rio, arriving home early enough to enjoy the evening.
 
I was a tad surprised, on opening the car to load it for the trip home, to find Mr Frog tucked in by the back seat. He must have been there since the morning, maybe he was avoiding Dookie’s attentions. It’s a miracle he didn’t die of heat, but after a slight nudge, he jumped out quite happily and hopped off across the lawn.
