Impossible Shot

That is without the very simple trickery of Photoshop. Shot wide open at F2 and 105mm the depth of field is shallower than the skin on rice pudding so there are two images here, one for Caley focussed on his  eye and another for Bob's, sitting  a good metre closer to the camera. The camera was hand held and for once the guy's stayed still for re-focus on the second shot.
The Photoshop side; layers, masks a little bit of re-jigging to compenstae for dog and camera movement. I still don't know how it all works. An extra of Caley posing attached also.
