Soup...

I was working from home this afternoon. I like to do this occasionally. And it gives me the opportunity to do a bit of cooking. It was a cold afternoon so I decided to make some Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup. The recipe is easy and the soup is delicious. I put it on my blog.
